HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:

• Remove the cover from the heat pillow (Do not heat cover)
• Place the heat pillow in the centre of microwave
• Heat on Medium to High Setting in 30 second intervals until desired hear is reached
• Do not heat for more than 2 minutes
• After heating allow to stand for 30 seconds before use.
• Place the heat pillow back in the outer cover
• Before re-heating allow heat to cool to room temperature,
